
Your calendars from the selected cloud service should now be syncing with your iOS device.
Tap the account name and make sure Calendars is turned on for that account. If the account you want to use for syncing calendars (iCloud, Exchange, Google, or CalDAV) is not already listed at the top, tap Add Account and follow the prompts to add it. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. The sync interval for reminders is not adjustable. Only iCloud and Exchange support syncing reminders. The process for syncing reminders on a Mac or iOS device is almost identical to that for syncing calendars, except: If you make a change when your device is offline, it syncs the next time a connection becomes available. Note: Calendars sync only when your device has an Internet connection. Choose Push (if available) or a time interval from the Refresh Calendars pop-up menu. Open the Calendar app, and go to Calendar > Preferences > Accounts > Account Name > Account Information. However, not all calendar services support push syncing, and even when they do, you may prefer scheduled syncing. Once again, services such as iCloud, Google Contacts, and Exchange can accomplish this readily with updates delivered via push or scheduled updates, and generally require only that each device be set up correctly. Just as you probably want the same contacts and email messages on each of your devices (see Sync Contacts across Devices and Sync Email across Devices), you probably want to see the same calendars and reminders no matter which device you’re using. Sync Calendars and Reminders across Devices. Please note: you have the ability to unsubscribe from calendars, but since subscriptions are controlled by the calendar vendor or app you are using, AddEvent does not have the ability to unsubscribe you. Click the "Unfollow" link in the context menu. Hold the mouse over the calendar you wish to delete until an arrow appears on the right, then click the arrow. Right click on the calendar you wish to delete and click ‘Remove’ in the context menu. Go to the Calendar and find the list of "Other calendars" on the left side. Right-click on the calendar you wish to delete and click ‘Delete Calendar Name’ (or you can leave the calendar and just uncheck temporarily). Go to the Calendar and find the list of calendars on the left-hand side. Select ‘Unsubscribe’ again at the prompt. Locate the calendar you wish to delete and on the far right-hand side select ‘Unsubscribe’. When you are in Google Calendar, look on the left-hand side for "Other Calendars", click the arrow, and select ‘Settings’. Right-click on the name of the calendar you wish to delete and select ‘Delete’. Click on the Calendar button (top left-hand side of the calendar) to show all your calendars. To unsubscribe using Apple Calendar (on a Mac):
Scroll down to the bottom and select the 'Delete Calendar' button and select 'Delete Calendar' again to confirm.
Click the (i) at the right of the calendar title.
You might be able to delete the calendar as well. Find the calendar you want to remove and uncheck the checkbox to unsubscribe the calendar. Click the "Calendars" link at the bottom of the screen. Select ‘Delete Account’ again to confirm. Go to the Settings app and select 'Mail'.
